I’m Gerlee— a yoga instructor and breathwork coach here to help you slow down, tune in, and feel more at home in your body.
I guide others through simple, powerful practices that help release stress, clear emotional blocks, and reconnect to inner calm.
My sessions are all about creating a safe, supportive space where you can just breathe — no pressure, no judgment, just real moments of healing and self-awareness.
