Yoga and breathwork practitioner & teacher.
I have been practising yoga and breathwork for over 15 years, and my journey has been as varied as the countries that I have been fortunate enoughto experience.
I discovered yoga by way of traditional Hatha yoga at a small studio in London. I carried my mat and my practice with me, while living in Mongolia, England and Switzerland.
It wasn’t until 2015, after taking a mindful meditation and breathwork course, that my personal yoga journey deepened.
Some time ago, I completed a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator course and from there embarked on a new journey.




The style of yoga I offer
My understanding of yoga took on a new meaning, through breath-work, which I integrate into my classes now.
I find breath-work wonderfully healing and powerful. When we synchronise the breath with our movements it’s a wonder for the body as well as for the mind.
Breathwork is what distinguishes between workout and real yoga. It heals our mind and body accumulatively and brings us back to our natural state of being.
A typical class
We start each class with gentle and mindful breath awareness.
I then introduce calming and balancing Breath-Work in, followed by a series of poses, guided with synchronised breathing techniques to build and shape life force energy.
We rest in Savasana with a relaxation meditation to close.
Classes are roughly 75 mins.
